new Romanian flat back bass
2008 Romanian flat back 'Panormo' bass.  42" string length and large body.  Nice brown varnish, nice neck, nice sound.  Set up with a French bridge, full circle pickup and a bow quiver.
 
1966 Kay S-1
We've got another Kay bass for sale.  It's a 1966 S -1,  serial number 53702.  We've done some restoration work and now it's in good shape.  Brown sunburst with purfling around the F holes and a flame maple back.

Alter Ego stick bass

Here's a really nice 'stick bass'. Italian made - Alter Ego 'Acoustic' model. Check out their web site. Floating Spruce top; 4 or 5 string convertible; detachable neck; custom made 5 string magnetic pickup plus piezo with blender. This is a top of the line travel bass. Comes with stand, bolt on upper bouts and travel bag.

 
 
3/4 German carved bass
He's a student level flat back carved bass made in Germany sometime in the eighties. The label says Andrew Schroetter, violin maker. 42" string length and nicely set up. Includes an underwood pickup and a bag.
 
German laminated bass
Here's another German laminated bass. It's in nice shape and everything's been sorted out. 39.25" string length - would be nice for a smaller person.
 
New Romanian carved bass
Here's a new Romanian fully carved bass that sounds big. larger body size and 42" string length. Set up with a nicer Despiau Bridge. Very attractive instrument with eye popping maple back wood figure.
 
1937 Kay
Here's a 1937 Kay Concert model in great shape. Serial number 500. Brand new nice Ebony fingerboard and Despiau bridge. The scroll is of three part construction: Two glued on cheeks run the full length of the scroll. This bass has a little different sound - darker and more 'carved bass' like.
